The façade of one of Warsaw’s most prestigious residential developments can now be fully admired. It is adorned with elegant Spanish Piedra Paloma limestone.

The façade of Villa Bogoria, a development situated in the vicinity of the Krasiński Garden, has now taken on its final appearance. Facing Długa and Stare Nalewki streets, the light-coloured limestone gives structure to the building’s composition, emphasises its proportions and provides a refined backdrop for the large-format windows. The architects have deliberately utilised the façade’s composition to ensure the building responds to changing light conditions.

– Deep frames, precise divisions and cascading transitions mean that the building’s façade constantly changes its character throughout the day. Everything is crafted from Piedra Paloma stone, which is one of the purest white limestones in the world. Its selection was preceded by two years of analysis and research, which demonstrates the team’s uncompromising approach and meticulousness in the design process,” says Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz, vice-president of Juvenes-Projekt, the architectural practice responsible for the apartment block’s design.

Villa Bogoria is being built in a location situated amongst the most important landmarks of old Warsaw: the Royal Arsenal, the Krasiński Garden, the Palace of the Republic and the Old Town.

– Our design subtly references the historic buildings on the corner of Długa Street and pre-war Nalewki Street, whilst bringing a completely new dimension to this space. Its intimate scale, high-class architecture, fine materials and extensive wellness area create an offering for those who expect not only prestige from a property, but also genuine comfort in everyday life. “In my view, it is an architectural masterpiece,” notes Anna Tuzek, marketing director at Villa Bogoria.

Meanwhile, advanced finishing works are underway inside the building. These include the installation of ventilation systems with heat recovery and individual air conditioning, which will work in conjunction with the intelligent apartment management system (HMS). This system will enable control over temperature, humidity and air quality, as well as lighting, windows and blinds.

At the same time, work on the wellness area is nearing completion. In addition to a 20-metre swimming pool, it will feature a jacuzzi, a Finnish dry sauna, a steam room, a cooling pool and a gym. This comfortable fitness area will be ideal for yoga, as well as strength training and Pilates on reformers.

The communal areas of Villa Bogoria were designed by Jacek Synkiewicz – a renowned artist and architect. His concept combines timeless elegance with absolute uniqueness, in keeping with the neo-Art Deco aesthetic: contemporary, elegant and free from literal historicism. This will not be a mere decorative stylisation, but an original interpretation of the spirit of the 1920s and 1930s: based on geometry, proportion, craftsmanship and fine materials.

Completion of Villa Bogoria is scheduled for the second half of 2026. The developer notes that the first residents will be able to spend the upcoming Christmas in their new flats. STRABAG is the main contractor for the project, whilst MJL is responsible for project supervision.

source: press materials

See also: Warsaw|Apartment|Interiors|Interesting facts|Recommended|whiteMAD on Instagram

Another stage of construction has been completed at the Villa Bogoria luxury residence.
