Minor hail damage to vegetation is<br \/>\npossible.<\/p>\n<p>Locations impacted include&#8230;<br \/>\nYoungstown, Niles, Campbell, Canfield, Lordstown, Hilltop, Vienna<br \/>\nCenter, Austintown, Girard, McDonald, North Jackson, Churchill,<br \/>\nBerlin Center, and Mineral Ridge.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.<\/p>\n<p>Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to<br \/>\nlocalized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded<br \/>\nroadways.<\/p>\n<p>A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for<br \/>\nnortheastern Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>&amp;&amp;<\/p>\n<p>MAX HAIL SIZE&#8230;0.50 IN;<br \/>\nMAX WIND GUST&#8230;40 MPH<\/p>\n<p>                            &#8230;FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>* WHAT&#8230;Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.<\/p>\n<p>* WHERE&#8230;Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following areas,<br \/>\nAshtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake,<br \/>\nMahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull and northwest<br \/>\nPennsylvania, including the following areas, Crawford, Northern<br \/>\nErie and Southern Erie.<\/p>\n<p>* WHEN&#8230;Until 10 PM EDT this evening.<\/p>\n<p>* IMPACTS&#8230;Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,<br \/>\ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.<\/p>\n<p>* ADDITIONAL DETAILS&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8211; Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into<br \/>\nthis evening. Most of the area will receive at least 1 inch of<br \/>\nrain with localized amounts as high as 3 to 4 inches.
