Under the contract, ISS will be responsible for the building\u2019s maintenance, including its HVAC and BMS systems. Its work will also include optimising the building\u2019s systems and carrying out routine inspections. The service also covers the building\u2019s electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, including low-voltage installations.<\/p>\n
An ISS team will be based in the building to respond to tenant requests, coordinate external contractors and support the building\u2019s day-to-day operation.<\/p>\n
