{"id":22849,"date":"2026-08-27T14:18:06","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T14:18:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/poland\/22849\/"},"modified":"2026-08-27T14:18:06","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T14:18:06","slug":"%f0%9f%87%b5%f0%9f%87%b1-poland-eurovision-2027-participation-confirmed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/poland\/22849\/","title":{"rendered":"\ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf1 Poland: Eurovision 2027 Participation Confirmed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polish broadcaster TVP has confirmed its participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2027 in Burgas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TVP has confirmed that Poland will participate in the next Eurovision Song Contest 2027 in Burgas, making it the 29th appearance of the country in the competition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While more official details about how the Polish representative for Burgas will be selected are yet to be revealed by TVP, Polish media Eska claimed the country will once again use a national final to choose its representative. Jacek Dybowski will be in charge of organising the selection, a role he previously had in 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dybowski is a familiar face of Polish television, being an important member of the Polish delegation for both Eurovision Song Contest and Junior Eurovision Song Contest since 2025. He revealed in a Facebook post he will not be involved in the Polish participation for the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcija represented Poland at Eurovision 2026 with \u201cPray\u201d. Their debut year saw their best result to date in the contest, as Edyta G\u00f3rniak finished in 2nd place with her song \u201cTo nie ja!\u201d. Following this, Poland failed to repeat this initial success, only managing to achieve a top 10 finish on two other occasions since their debut.
