Hallmark stars Erin Krakow and Ben Rosenbaum\u2019s real life love story feels a lot like the network\u2019s iconic romance movies \u2014 and fans are loving it.<\/p>\n

Krakow\u2019s Elizabeth Thornton might have romanced several suitors<\/a> on Hallmark Channel\u2019s When Calls the Heart<\/a>, but off screen she only has eyes for Rosenbaum, who plays Mike Hickam on the series.<\/p>\n

Krakow and Rosenbaum have known each other for more than a decade after costarring on WCTH<\/a> since 2014, but it wasn\u2019t until 2022 that eagle-eyed fans noticed they might be more than just friends<\/a> and costars.<\/p>\n

The pair were spotted on a romantic vacation with fellow WCTH couple Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace<\/a> in spring 2022, but didn\u2019t comment on speculation they were dating. In 2025, Krakow and Rosenbaum became husband and wife and announced their first baby is on the way.<\/p>\n

Krakow began playing Elizabeth Thornton on When Calls the Heart in 2014, leading the series for 12 seasons as of March 2025. Rosenbaum, meanwhile, has been part of the cast since day one as well, portraying Mike Hickman.<\/p>\n

Krakow and Rosenbaum sparked romance speculation as they began posting more and more \u201cdate night\u201d-looking photos via social media<\/a> with pals McGarry and Wallace.<\/p>\n

Rosenbaum shared photos from his and Krakow\u2019s couples\u2019 trip<\/a> with McGarry and Wallace via Instagram in March 2023, one year after they returned from the Amalfi Coast. When the vacation was happening in real time, many fans wondered whether Rosenbaum and Krakow were an item, as McGarry and Wallace were already dating.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne year ago, @kevin_mcgarry_w @imkaylawallace @erinkrakow and I learned to make Limoncello together in Amalfi,\u201d Rosenbaum captioned the snaps. \u201cI\u2019m reliving\/missing that trip with a fresh batch I just made with homegrown lemons (last pic)! Rosenbaum and Krakow celebrated WCTH being renewed for season 10 in Venice, Italy<\/a>, with McGarry and Wallace. The couple, however, didn\u2019t publicly comment on their relationship status at the time.<\/p>\n

Krakow and Rosenbaum were on hand when McGarry proposed to Wallace<\/a> in New York City.<\/p>\n

The pair adopted their first dog together<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Krakow and Rosenbaum enjoyed a day on the Warner Bros. lot and visited the Friends set<\/a> with McGarry and Wallace.<\/p>\n

December 2023<\/p>\n

One year after witnessing McGarry and Wallace\u2019s proposal in NYC, the four friends returned to the Big Apple<\/a>. (McGarry and Wallace tied the knot<\/a> in September 2024.)<\/p>\n

Rosenbaum confirmed his relationship with Krakow after years of speculation by sharing a photo of her on Valentine\u2019s Day<\/a>. \u201cFirst thing I see when I wake up. Last thing I see before sleep. Happy Valentines Day \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f,\u201d Rosenbaum wrote via Instagram alongside a snap of Krakow with their dog.<\/p>\n

Krakow, meanwhile, shared her first kissing photo<\/a> with Rosenbaum in celebration of the love holiday.<\/p>\n

The couple announced via Instagram<\/a> that they are married. Krakow and Rosenbaum shared photos from their wedding on June 23 with an infinity sign as the caption.<\/p>\n

Krakow announced via Instagram<\/a> on November 26 that she is pregnant with her and Rosenbaum\u2019s first baby. \u201cSo much to be grateful for!!! \ud83e\udd70,\u201d she captioned a series of photobooth photos of the couple holding up a sonogram ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.<\/p>\n
