Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces<\/a>.<\/p>\nThe restrictions were introduced by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PA\u017bP). They will apply around the clock to flights at altitudes of approximately up to 3 kilometers. Passenger aircraft flying above this level will not be subject to the new rules.<\/p>\n
Which flights will be banned at night<\/p>\n
From sunset to sunrise, flights within the EP R134 zone will be prohibited. Exceptions will be made for military aircraft, as well as flights to and from D\u0119blin-Kr\u00f3l\u00f3wka Airfield that have been approved in advance by the Air Operations Center.<\/p>\n
Daytime restrictions for aviation<\/p>\n
During daylight hours, only certain categories of aircraft and flights will be allowed to operate in the zone:<\/p>\n
military aviation;<\/p>\n
manned aircraft, provided that the specified requirements are met;<\/p>\n
special government, medical, and rescue flights;<\/p>\n
aircraft involved in operations to ensure security, protect critical infrastructure, and respond to emergencies.<\/p>\n
All other flights may be conducted only after approval from the duty operations service of the Air Operations Center.<\/p>\n
Temporary reserved areas, or TRA zones, will be established for certain types of aviation activity. The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency will review applications for their use jointly with the military.<\/p>\n
