Russia is escalating tensions throughout the region. We will not be intimidated, and our response will be continued support for Ukraine and full coordination among NATO countries against the aggressor. Russia will not win this war.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Donald Tusk<\/p>\n<p>Poland Investigates Possible Russian Acts of Sabotage<\/p>\n<p>Polish law enforcement agencies and security services are investigating whether Russia was involved in two fires at facilities that manufacture or store components for unmanned systems. Donald Tusk said that acts of sabotage, including arson, may have taken place in the country again.<\/p>\n<p>Germany Tightens Measures Against Russia<\/p>\n<p>The German government and security services suspect Russian intelligence agencies of attempting to organize an act of sabotage involving drones at Leipzig Airport. Berlin plans to close Russia\u2019s Consulate General in Bonn, terminate the agreement concerning the \u201cRussian House\u201d in Berlin, and tighten checks on Russian citizens entering the country.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Germany intends to support the introduction of new European Union sanctions against individuals involved in hybrid attacks. Berlin has also announced that it will step up pressure on Russia\u2019s \u201cshadow fleet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen emphasized that the European Union remains united in its support for Ukraine.
