Each apartment will have a balcony or a terrace, as well as full-height glazing and smart-home systems. The ground floor is to have a fitness club, lounge and two retail units.<\/p>\n<p>The project also includes the renovation of a two-level underground car park with 70 spaces, as well as solar panels and a rainwater retention system.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Bringing the property back to residential use will allow us to make the most of its potential. The project reflects the history of the property, where a tenement building with rear wings and an internal courtyard once stood.<br \/>Micha\u0142 Szramowski, president of MS Investments<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Demolition work is scheduled to start soon. The project already has a building permit, with completion and the first residents expected in 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the existing structure will be retained, while much of the building will be replaced to meet current energy-efficiency and safety standards. The entrance gate, access road and pavements around the building will also be upgraded.<\/p>\n<p>MS Investments and RR Enterprises have been active in the real estate market for more than 20 years.
