“Putin’s dream plan”: What Tusk means<\/p>\n

The Polish prime minister gathered several facts that are currently happening simultaneously in one post.<\/p>\n

“The threat of NATO’s break-up, easing sanctions on Russia, a massive energy crisis in Europe, halting aid for Ukraine, and blocking the loan for Kyiv by Orb\u00e1n – it all looks like Putin’s dream plan,” Tusk wrote.<\/p>\n

Also earlier, the Polish prime minister sharply criticized Hungarian leader Viktor Orb\u00e1n and his foreign minister P\u00e9ter Szijj\u00e1rt\u00f3.<\/p>\n

The reason was media reports about close ties between the Hungarian government and Moscow. Tusk did not hold back in his statements.<\/p>\n

In particular, he called the audio recording of a conversation between Szijj\u00e1rt\u00f3 and Lavrov<\/a> depressing and a confirmation of deeply troubling relations between Budapest and Moscow.<\/p>\n

In an address to the nation, Trump stated that the United States barely imports oil through the Strait of Hormuz<\/a> and does not plan to do so.<\/p>\n

As reported, he proposed that countries that depend on this route either buy oil from the United States or unblock the strait themselves.<\/p>\n

After the start of the operation against Iran, Tehran blocked this strategic corridor, through which about 20% of the world’s oil production passes.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a new point has appeared in Iran’s list of demands to the United States. In particular, they want the world to recognize their sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
