His idea, he says would mean &#8220;a concrete and secure alternative for SAFE that will not involve any interest &#8230; without credit, without changing Poland\u2019s situation in the EU, and with the flexibility our armed forces need in selecting equipment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Glapi\u0144ski hinted that the central bank would step in with its annual profit for the purpose. Any central bank profits are channeled to state coffers, although that hasn&#8217;t happened <a href=\"https:\/\/biznes.pap.pl\/wiadomosci\/gospodarka\/nbp-odnotuje-ujemny-wynik-w-2025-starty-bilansowe-nbp-na-koniec-2025-zbliza#:~:text=NBP%20odnotuje%20ujemny%20wynik%20w%202025,%20starty,do%20100%20mld%20z%C5%82%20%7C%20Biznes%20PAP.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">in recent years<\/a>.
