Amid the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the tie will take place in Poland at the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium, and there are some important details for Crystal Palace<\/a> fans to be aware of.<\/p>\n

Those with tickets for both the home and away end must sit in the home end<\/p>\n

With the first leg taking place at a neutral venue, Crystal Palace fans were allowed to purchase tickets in the home end on the official Shakhtar Donetsk website before the Eagles put tickets for the away end on sale.<\/p>\n

Some supporters opted to buy tickets in the home end as a precaution just in case they were unable to secure seats in the away end.<\/p>\n

However, those in possession of both types of tickets must sit in the home end \u2013 provided both tickets were purchased using the same passport number.<\/p>\n

Shakhtar Donetsk \u2013 who possess a real danger man in Alisson Santana<\/a> \u2013 have added that the away ticket will not be refunded either.<\/p>\n

We have been advised that supporters attending tomorrow\u2019s game who have bought tickets in both ends using the same passport number can only use the home ticket. This is a Shakhtar requirement.<\/p>\n

Those affected should expect to receive an email notifying them of this.<\/p>\n

Regardless of where you expect to sit, fans are also being asked to bring their passport with them to the stadium. <\/p>\n

Those without a passport \u2013 or those who have a passport but it does not match up to the name on their ticket \u2013 may not be allowed to enter.<\/p>\n

Friday 1st May is a Polish Bank Holiday<\/p>\n

Secondly, Crystal Palace fans need to know that Friday 1st May \u2013 and Sunday 3rd May for that matter \u2013 are Bank Holidays in Poland.<\/p>\n

Worth remembering: 1st of May (and 3rd May) are bank holidays in Poland.
All trains and buses will run on a different timetable, with less frequent service incase you need to travel to different airport check and book ticket with advance.<\/p>\n

It means some modes of transport are expected to run on different schedules, while restaurants and other services might be closed.<\/p>\n

Supporters are being encouraged to double-check their plans and ensure the Bank Holidays will not cause any inconvenience. <\/p>\n
