It will link the Baltic Hub terminal in Gda\u0144sk with the Paskov terminal near Ostrava. Departures from Gda\u0144sk are scheduled every Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Gda\u0144sk\u2013Ostrava intermodal service route<\/p>\n<p>Loconi said freight volumes are rising in the Poland\u2013Czech Republic corridor. The company also stated that the route expands its intermodal network into the Czech market.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the operator said the connection reinforces the Port of Gda\u0144sk and Baltic Hub. It described them as logistics gateways for Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, the connection gives Czech customers direct rail access to Baltic Sea container flows.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pkpcargointernational.com\/en\/what-are-we-doing\/intermodal-transport\/ostrava-paskov-terminal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Paskov terminal<\/a> is located near Ostrava. It is one of the Czech Republic\u2019s main intermodal hubs.
