cozinh\u00e1-la na verdade piora ligeiramente a absor\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A principal descoberta surgiu quando adicionaram o molho especial \u00e0 base de nanoemuls\u00e3o: o modelo de digest\u00e3o simulada absorveu muito mais carotenoides, independentemente de a couve estar crua ou cozinhada.<\/p>\n<p>Os investigadores afirmam que \u201ca equipa est\u00e1 empenhada no avan\u00e7o
