Neste artigo utilizamos a informa\u00e7\u00e3o extra\u00edda do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt\/pt\/main.jsp?body=\/imi\/consultarTaxasIMIForm.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Portal das Finan\u00e7as (daqui)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de existirem taxas do Imposto Municipal Sobre Im\u00f3veis (IMI) diferentes de concelho para concelho, a verdade \u00e9 que estes est\u00e3o limitadas a um intervalo de varia\u00e7\u00e3o definido pela lei, nos termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/info.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt\/pt\/informacao_fiscal\/codigos_tributarios\/cimi\/Pages\/cimi112.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>artigo 112.\u00ba do C\u00f3digo do IMI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De facto, as taxas s\u00e3o fixadas anualmente pelos munic\u00edpios e est\u00e3o ainda condicionadas pela \u00e1rea de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pr\u00e9dios (que podem ser urbanos ou rurais).<\/p>\n<p>O intervalo para os <strong>pr\u00e9dios urbanos<\/strong> \u00e9 o seguinte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00ednimo de 0,3%<\/strong> e <strong>m\u00e1ximo de 0,45%<\/strong> do valor patrimonial tribut\u00e1rio dos pr\u00e9dios (VPT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta taxa pode, nas circunst\u00e2ncias espec\u00edficas do n\u00ba 18 daquele artigo do C\u00f3digo do IMI citado em cima, ir at\u00e9 0,5%.<\/p>\n<p>A taxa aplic\u00e1vel aos <strong>pr\u00e9dios r\u00fasticos \u00e9 de 0,8% e \u00e9 igual em todos os munic\u00edpios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 ainda um regime particular que pode levar a taxa aos 7,5% aplicada quando os propriet\u00e1rios s\u00e3o empresas de para\u00edsos fiscais.<\/p>\n<p>Recorde aqui as <a href=\"https:\/\/economiafinancas.com\/2025\/taxas-de-imi-por-municipio-a-pagar-em-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Taxas de IMI por Munic\u00edpio a pagar em 2025<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Taxas de IMI por Munic\u00edpio a pagar em 2026<\/p>\n<p>A seguir ao mapa que poder\u00e1 utilizar para encontrar rapidamente o seu concelho de interesse, encontrar\u00e1 a lista completa das taxas por concelho com as liga\u00e7\u00f5es para a descri\u00e7\u00e3o dos regimes de IMI aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0s fam\u00edlias numerosas, com as dedu\u00e7\u00f5es fixas por agregado e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edfica (como o IMI por freguesia que se aplica nos concelhos de Freixo de Espada \u00e0 Cinta, Idanha-a-Nova, Lagos, Porto Santo, Aguiar da Beira e Sesimbra).<\/p>\n<p>A lista surge organizada por ordem alfab\u00e9tica de distritos.
