{"id":499159,"date":"2026-08-24T20:43:26","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T20:43:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/pt\/499159\/"},"modified":"2026-08-24T20:43:26","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T20:43:26","slug":"portugueses-pagam-710-milhoes-de-euros-em-taxa-ilegal-sobre-combustiveis-csr-integrada-no-isp-continua-a-ser-cobrada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/pt\/499159\/","title":{"rendered":"Portugueses pagam 710 milh\u00f5es de euros em taxa ilegal sobre combust\u00edveis: CSR integrada no ISP continua a ser cobrada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uma taxa ilegal que incide sobre o pre\u00e7o dos combust\u00edveis rendeu um valor recorde no ano passado, na ordem de 710 milh\u00f5es de euros, avan\u00e7a o <a aria-label=\"content\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jn.pt\/nacional\/artigo\/taxa-ilegal-sobre-os-combustiveis-rende-mais-de-700-milhoes-a-infraestruturas-de-portugal\/18119198\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Jornal de Not\u00edcias<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Em causa est\u00e1 a <strong>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7o Rodovi\u00e1rio (CSR)<\/strong>, que foi declarada ilegal pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Uni\u00e3o Europeia (TJUE), em 2022. No entanto, o Governo optou, na altura, por integr\u00e1-la no <strong>ISP<\/strong> (Imposto sobre os Produtos Petrol\u00edferos e Energ\u00e9ticos), o que significa, na pr\u00e1tica, que quem paga por combust\u00edvel continua a pag\u00e1-la.<\/p>\n<p>A CSR gerou uma receita fiscal de 710 milh\u00f5es de euros em 2025. Este \u00e9 um valor recorde e reverte para a Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP).
