Those aren’t grits, they’re groats. Grits [look like this](https://healthyschoolrecipes.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/cheese-grits-scaled-ovb3lsow3lfz3j3ast1cmgqyaoiulr7tndafkq94zs.jpg) and are made of corn meal. I’d much rather have your groats, looks delicious!
