Neurochirurgul Vlad Ciurea atrage aten\u021bia asupra unui produs extrem de popular \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, dar pe care \u00eel consider\u0103 d\u0103un\u0103tor pentru func\u021bionarea optim\u0103 a creierului: parizerul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Medicul subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 acest aliment, de\u0219i accesibil \u0219i consumat frecvent, nu ofer\u0103 nutrien\u021bii de care organismul are nevoie. Dimpotriv\u0103, compozi\u021bia sa ridic\u0103 semne de \u00eentrebare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201eNu v\u0103 atinge\u021bi de parizer! Este \u2018pl\u0103cerea\u2019 cea mai mare a rom\u00e2nului, dar este plin de aditivi \u0219i de resturi care nu au nicio leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu carnea s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103. O diet\u0103 echilibrat\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe produse c\u00e2t mai naturale, poate sus\u021bine s\u0103n\u0103tatea creierului \u0219i poate reduce riscul de afec\u021biuni neurologice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Avertismentul medicului vine \u00eentr-un context \u00een care tot mai multe studii subliniaz\u0103 leg\u0103tura dintre alimenta\u021bie \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103.
