Acesta are cache-ul de nivel 3 m\u0103rit pe ambele chiplet-uri, nu doar pe unul dintre ele, ca pe restul procesoarelor cu termina\u021bia X3D.<\/p>\n<p>3D-ul din coada numelui acestor procesoare speciale \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 au memorie cache de nivelul 3 mult mai mult\u0103. Cache-ul level 3 este o memorie integrat\u0103 direct \u00een procesor, iar datele memorate acolo de procesor sunt accesate foarte rapid, mult mai rapid dec\u00e2t cele din memoria RAM. Po\u021bi avea \u0219i DDR5 la 8000 MHz, tot nu se compar\u0103 ca rapiditate cu memoria integrat\u0103 direct \u00een procesor.<\/p>\n<p>Ca analogie, memoria cache este echivalentul la a avea obiectele care-\u021bi trebuie pe biroul t\u0103u, mereu la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 ca s\u0103 le folose\u0219ti. Memoria RAM este echivalentul la a le avea \u00eentr-un dulap din camer\u0103, iar datele \u021binute \u00een SSD\u2026 este ca \u0219i cum ar fi \u00een alt\u0103 cl\u0103dire. Pentru un procesor care are 5 miliarde de b\u0103t\u0103i de ceas pe secund\u0103, care poate executa milioane de opera\u021biuni sau transferuri pe secund\u0103, cam acestea sunt analogiile.<\/p>\n<p>Dar cum procesoarele sunt mici, \u0219i memoria cache de nivelul 3 este mic\u0103. AMD folose\u0219te o memorie dens\u0103, cu straturi a\u0219ezate \u00eentr-o structur\u0103 3D vertical\u0103, iar cele procesoarele X3D au un plus de c\u00e2\u021biva zeci de MB cache level 3 fa\u021b\u0103 de echivalentele lor normale.<\/p>\n<p>Apoi, procesoarele AMD din seriile \u00eenalte con\u021bin fiecare c\u00e2te dou\u0103 chiplet-uri. Practic, sunt dou\u0103 procesoare lipite \u00eentre ele. Doar unul dintre chiplet-uri are memoria cache de nivelul 3 crescut\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, iar ni\u0219te algoritmi complica\u021bi aveau grij\u0103 ca aplica\u021biile avantajate de cache-ul m\u0103rit s\u0103 ruleze pe nucleele din acea jum\u0103tate de procesor, nu pe cealalt\u0103 jum\u0103tate.<\/p>\n<p>Pe noul 9950X3D2 Dual Edition, ambele chiplet-uri au cache m\u0103rit. Acest procesor devine flagship-ul AMD din gama consumer, ca s\u0103 nu punem aici la socoteal\u0103 diverse edi\u021bii Threadripper Pro.
