Fostul complex hotelier M\u0103gura, din sta\u021biunea Eforie Sud, a fost v\u00e2ndut la licita\u021bie cu suma de 2,5 milioane EUR plus TVA, de c\u0103tre compania THR Marea Neagr\u0103 S.A., care de\u021bine mai multe active turistice pe Litoral, controlat\u0103, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, de firma de investi\u021bii financiare Transilvania Investments Alliance (fosta SIF Transilvania).<\/p>\n

Licita\u021bia a avut loc pe data de 9 aprilie 2026, complexul hotelier M\u0103gura fiind v\u00e2ndut la pre\u021bul de pornire, de 2,5 milioane EUR plus TVA, dup\u0103 cum a anun\u021bat v\u00e2nz\u0103torul, \u00eentr-o informare pe Bursa de Valori Bucur<\/a>e<\/a>\u0219ti.<\/a><\/p>\n

THR Marea Neagr\u0103 S.A.<\/a> a \u00eencercat s\u0103 v\u00e2nd\u0103 hotelul de la Eforie Sud \u0219i \u00een decembrie 2025, la pre\u021bul de pornire 2,65 milioane EUR f\u0103r\u0103 TVA, dar licita\u021bia nu a avut succes.<\/p>\n

Iat\u0103 c\u0103 patru luni mai t\u00e2rziu hotelul a fost adjudecat la pre\u021bul de 2,5 milioane EUR f\u0103r\u0103 TVA. Cump\u0103r\u0103torul care \u0219i-a adjudecat complexul turistic denumit \u00een prezent \u201eMojo\u201d (fost M\u0103gura) din Eforie Sud este firma Neptun Hotels SRL, potrivit ziarului local Replica<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Compania cump\u0103r\u0103toare, tot din Eforie Sud, jude\u021bul Constan\u021ba, este de\u021binut\u0103 de Mugur C\u0103t\u0103lin Constantin (75%), Cornel H\u0103uc\u0103 (12,5%) \u0219i Florica H\u0103uc\u0103 (12,5%), conform datelor oficiale colectate de Termene.ro.<\/a> Ei mai au afaceri turistice \u00een zon\u0103.<\/p>\n

\u00cen anul 2025, firma cump\u0103r\u0103toare, Neptun Hotels SRL, a f\u0103cut venituri totale de 11,65 milioane de lei \u0219i profit de 755.000 lei, cu un num\u0103r mediu de 26 de angaja\u021bi proprii, conform datelor oficiale de la Ministerul Finan\u021belor.<\/a><\/p>\n

Hotel Mojo Resort din Eforie Sud (fostul Hotel M\u0103gura) este clasificat cu 3 stele \u0219i are 127 de camere duble, bar, teras\u0103, piscin\u0103 exterioar\u0103 cu plaj\u0103 privat\u0103, conform descrierii de pe site-ul Litoralul Rom\u00e2nesc.<\/a><\/p>\n

Situat aproape de Parcul Central \u0219i Gr\u0103dina de Var\u0103 din Eforie Sud, la 300 metri de plaj\u0103 \u0219i 250 metri de centrul sta\u021biunii, complexul a fost renovat \u00een 2022.<\/p>\n
