Bra\u0219ov FOTO ARF<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit Autorit\u0103\u021bii pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 (ARF), este primul dintre cele 13 trenuri pe care le va opera compania InterRegional C\u0103l\u0103tori, dup\u0103 ce a c\u00e2\u015ftigat o licita\u0163ie public\u0103 pentru atribuirea acestui contract.<\/p>\n<p>Contractul dintre Alstom \u0219i Autoritatea pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 prevede livrarea a 37 de trenuri electrice interregionale noi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePrin parcurgerea acestui demers, pre\u0219edintele ARF, Claudiu Mure\u0219an, sus\u021bine c\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia se aliniaz\u0103 integral cerin\u021belor legale europene \u0219i na\u021bionale \u00een privin\u021ba atribuirii contractelor de servicii publice c\u0103tre operatorii interesa\u021bi, care vizeaz\u0103 reducerea costurilor pentru societate, prin diminuarea subven\u021biilor unitare, cre\u0219terea calit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor prestate c\u0103l\u0103torilor \u0219i, \u00een general, eficien\u021ba serviciilor publice de transport feroviar de c\u0103l\u0103tori\u201d, transmite ARF pe Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>publicitate&#8221;); background-position: center center; background-repeat: no-repeat;&#8221;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Cele 13 trenuri au fost atribuite operatorului privat InterRegional C\u0103l\u0103tori printr-o licita\u021bie public\u0103 organizat\u0103 de ARF, ca parte a unui proiect pilot pentru operarea trenurilor electrice interregionale noi.<\/p>\n<p>Acestea urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 circule pe urm\u0103toarele rute:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nBucure\u0219ti Nord \u2013 Bra\u0219ov \u2013 Cluj Napoca;\n<\/li>\n<li>\nBucure\u0219ti Nord \u2013 Bra\u0219ov;\n<\/li>\n<li>\nBra\u0219ov \u2013 Deda \u2013 Cluj Napoca;\n<\/li>\n<li>\nCluj Napoca \u2013 Deva \u2013 Timi\u0219oara Nord.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proiectul, gestionat de Ministerul Transporturilor, este derulat \u00een dou\u0103 etape (finan\u021bate prin Programul Opera\u021bional Infrastructur\u0103 Mare 2014\u20132020 \u0219i Programul Transport 2021\u20132027) \u0219i are o durat\u0103 de 24 de luni.<\/p>\n<p> Scopul este modernizarea transportului feroviar interregional, prin servicii mai eficiente \u0219i de calitate, atribuirea contractelor prin licita\u021bii \u0219i o mai bun\u0103 conectare a Capitalei cu marile ora\u0219e.<\/p>\n<p>Valoarea total\u0103 a proiectului este de 1.708.996.863,41 lei, finan\u021barea fiind distribuit\u0103 astfel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n1.213.523.359,27 lei \u2013 valoare eligibil\u0103 nerambursabil\u0103 din fonduri (FEDR);\n<\/li>\n<li>\n214.151.181,05 lei \u2013 bugetul propriu al beneficiarului;\n<\/li>\n<li>\n281.322.323,09 lei \u2013 cheltuieli neeligibile, inclusiv TVA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La doi ani de la termenul ini\u021bial, doar 10 din cele 37 de trenuri Alstom Coradia Stream au ajuns \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, iar doar \u0219ase sunt \u00een circula\u021bie.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/statul-roman-cere-despagubiri-de-peste-80-milioane-2497820.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00cent\u00e2rzierile au generat penalit\u0103\u021bi de peste 415 milioane de lei,\u00a0<\/a>iar disputa dintre Alstom \u0219i Autoritatea pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 a ajuns la arbitraj comercial.<\/p>\n<p>publicitate&#8221;);
