F\u0103r\u0103 a oferi metode de contact, altfel dec\u00e2t asisten\u021ba prin intermediul unui formular Google de contact.<\/p>\n<p>Acces t\u0103iat la Claude f\u0103r\u0103 explica\u021bii<\/p>\n<p>Produc\u0103torul de inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.connect.ro\/2026\/04\/17\/anthropic-lanseaza-claude-opus-4-7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Anthropic<\/a> i-a blocat accesul companiei Belo la Claude f\u0103r\u0103 nicio explica\u021bie. A ap\u0103rut un mesaj vag despre \u00eenc\u0103lcarea politicii de utilizare a serviciului \u0219i singura solu\u021bie momentan a fost completarea unui formular Google ca unic punct de contact.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNu-\u021bi pune niciodat\u0103 toate ou\u0103le \u00eentr-un singur co\u0219\u201d, a scris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/patomolina\/status\/2045281665363386504\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">pe Twitter<\/a> Patricio Molina, directorul executiv al Belo.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentul a avut loc vinerea trecut\u0103, singura comunicare din partea Anthropic fiind probabil e-mailul automat, f\u0103r\u0103 detalii despre exact ce reguli au fost \u00eenc\u0103lcate \u0219i cum. \u00cenchiderea robinetului Claude pentru Belo a \u00eensemnat c\u0103 60 de angaja\u021bi au fost l\u0103sa\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 activitate, deoarece, se pare, fluxurile lor de lucru zilnice se bazau  pe integr\u0103rile, abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i istoricul conversa\u021biilor asistentului de inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0219carea a st\u00e2rnit indignare public\u0103, iar din fericire Molina a primit \u00eenapoi accesul la Claude dup\u0103 15 ore. Dar nu se \u0219tie dac\u0103 acest lucru s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat din propria voin\u021b\u0103 a Anthropic sau din cauza PR-ului negativ generat.<\/p>\n<p>O privire rapid\u0103 asupra comentariilor de pe firul original de discu\u021bie X \u0219i de pe alte loca\u021bii pare s\u0103 indice c\u0103 modul de operare al Anthropic este s\u0103 blocheze direct accesul f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 pun\u0103 niciodat\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri, mul\u021bi utilizatori sus\u021bin\u00e2nd c\u0103 au completat formularul Google men\u021bionat anterior \u0219i au a\u0219teptat degeaba timp de luni de zile, f\u0103r\u0103 niciun rezultat. Dup\u0103 ce serviciul a fost restabilit, singura justificare aparent\u0103 a fost c\u0103 fusese un rezultat \u201efals pozitiv\u201d, probabil provenit de un sistem automat folosit de Anthropic.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, Molina crede c\u0103 pe lec\u021bia a fost \u201enu-\u021bi pune niciodat\u0103 toate ou\u0103le \u00eentr-un singur co\u0219\u201d.
