Chinezii de la CATL sugeraser\u0103 anterior lumii \u00eentregi s\u0103 a\u015ftepte cu mare ner\u0103bdare acest eveniment, iar marea lansare a venit acum, cu parametri de dreptul fascinant. At\u00e2t va dura s\u0103 opre\u015fti cu ma\u015fina la drum lung, pentru o realimentare. \u015ei \u00eentruc\u00e2t plata se face direct prin autorizare, e foarte probabil c\u0103 deja va fi mai repede s\u0103 \u00eencarci rapid bateria unei ma\u015fini electrice, dec\u00e2t s\u0103 alimentezi un rezervor de carburant!\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPentru compara\u0163ie, acestea au fost cele mai bune rezultate atinse de bateria cu stare solid\u0103 a Donut Lab \u00een testele de laborator:<br \/>\u0095\t0% &#8211; 80%: 4 min 27 s<br \/>\u0095\t0% &#8211; 90%: 5 min 38 s<br \/>\u0095\t0% &#8211; 100%: 7 min 18 s.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tFoto: Bateria Donut Lab<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen via\u0163a real\u0103, prima \u00eenc\u0103rcare a unei motociclete cu aceast\u0103 baterie cu stare solid\u0103, a scos rezultate mai lente:<br \/>\u0095\t9% &#8211; 70%: 9 min 07 s<br \/>\u0095\t9% &#8211; 80%: 12 min 03 s\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tDeci, bateria cu stare solid\u0103 e mai pu\u0163in rapid\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea cu compozi\u0163ie mult mai simpl\u0103 de la CATL. \u00cen asemenea condi\u0163ii devine aproape irelevant s\u0103 se mai dezvolte baterii cu stare solid\u0103, mai ales c\u0103 noile lans\u0103ri chineze\u015fti anun\u0163\u0103 performante foarte bine \u015fi la temperaturi joase.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\u00cen luna martie, cei de la BYD au <a class=\"BluLink11\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/Stiri\/2026\/03\/Inginerii-BYD-au-lansat-o-noua-generatie-de-baterii-LFP-care-aproape-ca-echivaleaza-parametrii-celor-cu-stare-solida\/\">lansat<\/a> noua lor baterie LFP cu \u00eenc\u0103rcare ultra rapid\u0103 Flash, \u015fi iat\u0103 care erau timpii lor:<br \/>\u0095\t10% &#8211; 70%: 5 min 00 s<br \/>\u0095\t10% &#8211; 97%: 9 min 00 s<br \/>\u0095\t20% &#8211; 97% la -20\u00b0C: 12 min 00 s<br \/>\u0095\t20% &#8211; 97% la -30\u00b0C: 12 min 00 s<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tApoi, \u00een aprilie, \u015fi ei de la Geely au <a class=\"BluLink11\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/Stiri\/2026\/04\/VIDEO-Chinezii-de-la-Geely-au-lansat-o-noua-baterie-cu-incarcare-mai-rapida-decat-cea-de-la-BYD-iar-timpii-cronometrati-sunt-impresionanti\/\">lansat<\/a> o baterie LFP, care pretinde parametri mai buni dec\u00e2t bateria celor de la BYD:<br \/>\u0095\t10% &#8211; 70%: 4 min 22 s<br \/>\u0095\t10% &#8211; 80%: 5 min 32 s<br \/>\u0095\t10% &#8211; 97%: 8 min 42 s<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tDoar c\u0103 noua baterie LFP a celor de la CATL a dep\u0103\u015fit substan\u0163ial aceste rezultate, pe alocuri cu circa 50%, ob\u0163in\u00e2nd viteze de-a dreptul fulger\u0103toare de \u00eenc\u0103rcare. Conform inginerilor CATL, asta a fost atins datorit\u0103 unei rezisten\u0163e interne record de mici la \u00eenc\u0103rcare fast charge, de doar 0,25 miliohmi, cu circa 50% mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t alte baterii performante comparabile.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPrin asta, CATL a rezolvat marea constr\u00e2ngere modern\u0103 a cre\u015fterii puterii de \u00eenc\u0103rcare, care se reflect\u0103 \u00een c\u0103ldura generat\u0103 din cauza rezisten\u0163ei interne. Dubl\u00e2nd puterea curentului cu aceea\u015fi rezisten\u0163\u0103, de ob\u0163ine o c\u0103ldur\u0103 de 4 ori mai mari. E o rat\u0103 excep\u0163ional de mare, deci.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tNoua baterie are \u015fi celule cu suprafa\u0163\u0103 mai mare r\u0103cit\u0103, \u00een cre\u015ftere cu 20%, ceea ce-i permite s\u0103 asigure stabilitate termic\u0103 mai bun\u0103 la \u00eenc\u0103rcare de putere mare. Exist\u0103 \u015fi mai mul\u0163i senzori zonali pe fiecare celul\u0103 de baterie, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se monitorizeze temperatura mai complex, pe tot volumul celulei.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tPentru \u00eenc\u0103rcarea \u00een condi\u0163ii de ger, CATL folose\u015fte o tehnic\u0103 de \u0084auto \u00eenc\u0103lzire\u0094 prin pulsuri. \u015ei asta pentru c\u0103 precondi\u0163ionarea obi\u015fnuit\u0103 a bateriei din surse externe e prea lent\u0103, lu\u00e2nd c\u00e2te 1 minut pentru a \u00eenc\u0103lzi cu 1 grad Celsius bateria. Ceea ce face bateria e s\u0103 aplice pulsuri oscilante de curent, de o anumit\u0103 frecven\u0163\u0103, care for\u0163eaz\u0103 mi\u015fcare scurt\u0103 a electronilor \u015fi creeaz\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103 intern\u0103, folosind acea rezisten\u0163\u0103 pentru a \u00eenc\u0103lzi celulele. Energia pentru acest proces vine de la sta\u0163ia de \u00eenc\u0103rcare, doar c\u0103 modulul BMS al bateriei consum\u0103 primele 2-3 minute pentru acest proces de \u00eenc\u0103lzire intern\u0103 rapid\u0103 a bateriei, dup\u0103 care trece la \u00eenc\u0103rcarea galopant\u0103 obi\u015fnuit\u0103. De aici \u015fi diferen\u0163a de timp \u00een \u00eenc\u0103rcarea de la -30 grade Celsius \u015fi cea de la temperaturi normale.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIar cei de la CATL spun c\u0103 aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 de \u00eenc\u0103lzire e mult mai eficient\u0103 energetic, nefiind nevoie s\u0103 se consume cantit\u0103\u0163ii imense de energie pentru sisteme adi\u0163ionale rezistive care s\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzeasc\u0103 o parte a celulelor. Prin noua tehnologie se ob\u0163ine \u015fi o \u00eenc\u0103lzire mult mai uniform\u0103, ceea ce garanteaz\u0103 evitarea degrad\u0103rii accelerate la \u00eenc\u0103rcare \u00een asemenea condi\u0163ii.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tChinezii spun c\u0103 dup\u0103 1.000 cicluri de \u00eenc\u0103rcare, noua lor baterie p\u0103streaz\u0103 90% stare de s\u0103n\u0103tate. Dac\u0103 \u00een prezent am estima o \u00eenc\u0103rcare la fiecare 400 km, atunci 1.000 cicluri ar \u00eensemna 400.000 km.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tDeci, ceea ce vedem aici e inginerie electrochimic\u0103 \u015fi fizic\u0103 la un nivel nemaiv\u0103zut de profund p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, care a rezultat \u00een cea mai performant\u0103 baterie actual\u0103 LFP de serie din lume.
