Aceast\u0103 achizi\u021bie poate fi privit\u0103 nu ca o tranzac\u021bie comercial\u0103, ci ca una strategic\u0103. Ea este menit\u0103 s\u0103 aduc\u0103 Republica Moldova \u00een spa\u021biul de securitate rom\u00e2nesc \u015fi, \u00eentr-un sens mai larg, european.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gov.ro\/ro\/media\/comunicate\/guvernul-romaniei-saluta-finalizarea-cu-succes-a-tranzactiei-de-cumparare-de-catre-administratia-porturilor-maritime-sa-constanta-a-operatorului-portului-giurgiule-ti-din-republica-moldova&amp;page=1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tranzac\u021bia<\/a> s-a realizat prin Administra\u021bia Fluvial\u0103 a Dun\u0103rii de Jos (AFDJ) Gala\u021bi, a Portului Giurgiule\u0219ti, unicul din Republica Moldova.\u00a0V\u00e2nz\u0103torul este Banca European\u0103 pentru Reconstruc\u021bie \u0219i Dezvoltare (BERD). Institu\u021bia de\u021binea controlul total al portului, dup\u0103 ani de litigii \u00eentre investitorii priva\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; articolul continu\u0103 mai jos &#8211;<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-2\">Miza critic\u0103 a portului este, \u00eenainte de toate, una energetic\u0103. <a href=\"https:\/\/economedia.ro\/investitie-strategica-romania-a-finalizat-preluarea-portului-giurgiulesti-din-republica-moldova-drum-expres-de-la-galati-si-parteneriat-cu-portul-galati-luate-in-calcul.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Portul Giurgiule\u0219ti<\/a> reprezint\u0103 poarta principal\u0103 prin care Republica Moldova import\u0103 carburan\u021bi. \u00cen prezent, c\u0103ile tradi\u021bionale de aprovizionare din est sunt blocate sau nesigure. Astfel, f\u0103r\u0103 terminalul petrolier de la Dun\u0103re, economia \u0219i mobilitatea Moldovei ar fi, practic, terminate. \u015ei a\u015fa, \u00een contextul interna\u0163ional actual cauzat de r\u0103zboiul din Iran \u015fi blocarea Str\u00e2mtorii Hormuz, Moldova a trecut \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103 trece prin momente foarte grele. \u021aara vecin\u0103 are stocuri de carburan\u0163i pentru doar c\u00e2teva zile \u015fi risc\u00e2nd penurie \u00een benzin\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-3\">Prin acest port, Chi\u0219in\u0103ul poate primi necesarul de motorin\u0103 \u0219i benzin\u0103 din mai multe surse \u2013 cu predilec\u0163ie motorin\u0103, ca s\u0103 asigure func\u021bionarea utilajelor agricole \u0219i a transporturilor critice.
