Un botez s-a transformat \u00eentr-un scandal de propor\u021bii la Ale\u0219d, jude\u021bul Bihor. Un tat\u0103 \u0219i-a dat \u00een judecat\u0103 na\u0219ul copilului s\u0103u, acuz\u00e2ndu-l de agresiune fizic\u0103 \u0219i solicit\u00e2nd daune morale de 12.000 de lei, potrivit presei locale.\u00a0Judec\u0103toria Ale\u0219d a luat o decizie.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Incidentul s-a produs dup\u0103 ceremonia religioas\u0103, c\u00e2nd, potrivit martorilor, na\u0219ul \u2014 sup\u0103rat c\u0103 ar fi suportat singur toate cheltuielile botezului \u2014 l-ar fi atacat pe tat\u0103l copilului \u00een plin\u0103 strad\u0103, relateaz\u0103 publica\u021bia\u00a0Ebihoreanul.ro.<\/a><\/p>\n

Victima a suferit leziuni grave, printre care buza spart\u0103 \u0219i doi din\u021bi fisura\u021bi. Detaliile prezentate \u00een dosar sunt de-a dreptul \u0219ocante. <\/p>\n

Na\u0219ul l-ar fi prins pe fin de organul genital, apoi l-ar fi lovit repetat cu pumnii \u00een cap \u0219i \u00een fa\u021b\u0103, tr\u00e2ntindu-l \u00eentr-un \u0219an\u021b, unde l-a izbit din nou \u00een zona gurii. \u00cen urma r\u0103nilor, b\u0103rbatul a fost nevoit s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce doar hran\u0103 lichid\u0103 o perioad\u0103 lung\u0103 de timp.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tInstan\u021ba i-a dat dreptate victimei<\/p>\n

Judec\u0103toria Ale\u0219d a decis \u00een favoarea reclamantului, \u00een absen\u021ba p\u00e2r\u00e2tului, care nu s-a prezentat la proces. Magistra\u021bii au subliniat \u00een motivare c\u0103 violen\u021ba nu poate fi o metod\u0103 de \u201erecuperare a cheltuielilor\u201d, indiferent de situa\u021bie.<\/p>\n
