Cryan, Ph.D., de la University College Cork (UCC), a recrutat 62 de adul\u021bi s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i: 31 consumatori zilnici de cafea \u0219i 31 persoane care, \u00een mod obi\u0219nuit, nu beau cafea.<\/p>\n<p>Ini\u021bial, cercet\u0103torii au comparat cele dou\u0103 grupuri din punct de vedere al dispozi\u021biei, memoriei, markerilor din s\u00e2nge, hormonilor de <a href=\"https:\/\/ziare.com\/viata-sanatoasa\/stres\/\" title=\"stres\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">stres<\/a>, bacteriilor intestinale \u0219i moleculelor produse de acestea.<\/p>\n<p>Apoi, consumatorii de cafea au renun\u021bat complet la b\u0103utur\u0103 timp de 14 zile. Jum\u0103tate au revenit ulterior la cafea cu cofein\u0103, iar cealalt\u0103 jum\u0103tate la cafea decofeinizat\u0103, iar studiul a continuat \u00eenc\u0103 trei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. Scopul a fost separarea efectelor cofeinei de celelalte componente ale cafelei.<\/p>\n<p>Dou\u0103 \u201eh\u0103r\u021bi\u201d diferite ale microbiomului<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceput, microbiomul intestinal al consumatorilor de cafea ar\u0103ta diferit fa\u021b\u0103 de cel al non-consumatorilor. Unele bacterii erau mai abundente la b\u0103utorii de cafea, altele la cei care nu consumau.<\/p>\n<p>Diversitatea total\u0103 a bacteriilor nu s-a schimbat semnificativ. Diferen\u021bele au ap\u0103rut \u00een \u201ecompozi\u021bie\u201d \u2014 ce bacterii sunt dominante \u0219i care sunt rare.<\/p>\n<p>Un studiu anterior a asociat modele similare cu produc\u021bia de acizi gra\u0219i cu lan\u021b scurt \u00een colon, suger\u00e2nd c\u0103 efectele cafelei dep\u0103\u0219esc cu mult cea\u0219ca de diminea\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de abstinen\u021b\u0103, mai mul\u021bi parametri biologici s-au modificat vizibil.<\/p>\n<p>Cea mai important\u0103 schimbare: tensiunea arterial\u0103 a sc\u0103zut la consumatorii obi\u0219nui\u021bi de cafea.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, <a href=\"https:\/\/ziare.com\/viata-sanatoasa\/cofeina\/\" title=\"cofeina\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cofeina<\/a>, metaboli\u021bii ei \u0219i un compus numit acid hipuric (legat de cafea) au sc\u0103zut semnificativ \u00een probele de scaun.<\/p>\n<p>Unele bacterii intestinale care depindeau de cafea au disp\u0103rut, iar o molecul\u0103 microbian\u0103 suprimat\u0103 anterior de cafea a revenit.<\/p>\n<p>Acea molecul\u0103 este asociat\u0103 \u00een alte studii cu protejarea mucoasei intestinale \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/ziare.com\/cautare\/inflamatie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">reducerea inflama\u021biei.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dispozi\u021bie, memorie \u0219i impulsivitate<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceput, consumatorii de cafea aveau scoruri mai mari la impulsivitate \u0219i reactivitate emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i rezultate mai slabe la teste de memorie, comparativ cu non-consumatorii.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni f\u0103r\u0103 cafea, aceste valori au revenit la nivelul de baz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Somnolen\u021ba \u0219i durerile de cap au sc\u0103zut dup\u0103 primele zile de abstinen\u021b\u0103, iar energia a revenit treptat.<\/p>\n<p>Un rezultat surprinz\u0103tor: la reluarea consumului de cafea, doar grupul care a b\u0103ut cafea decofeinizat\u0103 a avut \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri clare la un test de memorie verbal\u0103. Grupul cu cofein\u0103 nu a prezentat acelea\u0219i beneficii.<\/p>\n<p>Inflama\u021bia se modific\u0103 din nou<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceput, consumatorii de cafea aveau niveluri mai sc\u0103zute de inflama\u021bie \u0219i mai multe <a href=\"https:\/\/ziare.com\/viata-sanatoasa\/proteine\/\" title=\"proteine\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">proteine<\/a> imunitare cu rol antiinflamator.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 14 zile f\u0103r\u0103 cafea, aceste efecte s-au inversat: markerii inflamatori au crescut.<\/p>\n<p>La reintroducerea cafelei, efectele s-au \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cafeaua cu cofein\u0103 a redus din nou inflama\u021bia<\/li>\n<li>cafeaua decofeinizat\u0103 a crescut u\u0219or markerii inflamatori<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cofeina nu explic\u0103 tot<\/p>\n<p>Reluarea cafelei decofeinizate a produs multe dintre acelea\u0219i modific\u0103ri microbiene ca varianta cu cofein\u0103. Unele bacterii au crescut \u00een ambele grupuri, iar \u00een scaun au ap\u0103rut mai mul\u021bi compu\u0219i vegetali.<\/p>\n<p>Cofeina explic\u0103 doar o parte din efecte (cortizolul de diminea\u021b\u0103, anxietatea, unele semnale chimice din urin\u0103). Restul vine din alte componente ale cafelei.<\/p>\n<p>Cafeaua con\u021bine sute de substan\u021be bioactive \u2014 acizi, compu\u0219i rezulta\u021bi din pr\u0103jire \u0219i polifenoli \u2014 care ajung \u00een colon \u0219i sunt metabolizate de bacterii.<\/p>\n<p>GABA \u201elipse\u0219te\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Un rezultat important: nivelurile de GABA (principalul neurotransmi\u021b\u0103tor calmant al creierului) au fost mai sc\u0103zute la consumatorii de cafea.<\/p>\n<p>La fel \u0219i acidul indol-3-propionic, asociat cu o mai bun\u0103 func\u021bie cognitiv\u0103 la v\u00e2rstnici.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste molecule sunt produse at\u00e2t de microbi, c\u00e2t \u0219i de organism, dar nivelurile din intestin nu reflect\u0103 direct nivelurile din creier.<\/p>\n<p>E\u0219antionul de 62 de persoane este relevant, dar prea mic pentru concluzii general valabile pentru toate popula\u021biile.<\/p>\n<p>Unele m\u0103sur\u0103tori (impulsivitate, memorie) s-au bazat pe chestionare, nu pe observa\u021bii directe, scrie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.earth.com\/news\/quit-drinking-coffee-for-two-weeks-this-is-what-happens-to-body-gut-microbiome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">earth.com.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u021ai-a pl\u0103cut articolul?<\/p>\n<p> Vrem s\u0103 producem mai multe, \u00eens\u0103 avem nevoie de sus\u021binerea ta.
