Potrivit autorit\u0103\u021bilor, firma ar fi folosit acte \u0219i \u00eenregistr\u0103ri contabile nereale pentru a am\u00e2na plata taxelor c\u0103tre stat, de\u0219i apartamentele erau deja predate cump\u0103r\u0103torilor \u0219i locuite.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit ANAF, compania verificat\u0103 a construit \u0219i v\u00e2ndut opt blocuri de apartamente, \u00eens\u0103 nu ar fi declarat la timp toate veniturile ob\u021binute din aceste v\u00e2nz\u0103ri. Mai exact, inspectorii sus\u021bin c\u0103 dezvoltatorul a \u00eenregistrat \u00een contabilitate informa\u021bii care nu reflectau situa\u021bia real\u0103, pentru a evita plata impozitelor, inclusiv a impozitului pe profit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen realitate, spun inspectorii antifraud\u0103, multe dintre apartamente erau deja date \u00een folosin\u021b\u0103 cump\u0103r\u0103torilor pe baz\u0103 de procese-verbale, iar oamenii locuiau efectiv \u00een ele \u0219i pl\u0103teau direct utilit\u0103\u021bile c\u0103tre dezvoltator. Cu toate acestea, veniturile din v\u00e2nz\u0103ri nu ar fi fost eviden\u021biate corect \u00een acte.<\/p>\n<p>Doar din aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, ANAF estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 prejudiciul adus statului este de aproximativ 10,8 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen paralel, inspectorii au verificat \u0219i persoana fizic\u0103 ce controleaz\u0103 societatea.
