\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu 7 iulie 2026, toate ma\u0219inile noi \u00eenmatriculate \u00een cele 27 de state membre vor trebui s\u0103 fie preg\u0103tite tehnic pentru integrarea sistemelor de tip Alcolock, menite s\u0103 \u00eempiedice pornirea motorului \u00een cazul \u00een care \u0219oferul a consumat alcool, potrivit PCGH.<\/p>\n

M\u0103sura face parte din etapa final\u0103 a Regulamentului General de Siguran\u021b\u0103 2 (GSR II), adoptat de Uniunea European\u0103 \u0219i publicat \u00een Jurnalul Oficial \u00een 2019. Noile prevederi se aplic\u0103 tuturor autoturismelor care vor primi prima \u00eenmatriculare dup\u0103 termenul-limit\u0103, inclusiv modelelor deja existente pe pia\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n

Autorit\u0103\u021bile europene precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 nu devine obligatorie instalarea efectiv\u0103 a dispozitivului Alcolock, ci doar existen\u021ba unei interfe\u021be standardizate care permite montarea ulterioar\u0103 a sistemului.<\/p>\n

Cu alte cuvinte, \u0219oferii nu vor fi obliga\u021bi s\u0103 utilizeze un etilotest pentru a porni motorul, \u00eens\u0103 vehiculele vor putea fi echipate ulterior cu un astfel de sistem, \u00een func\u021bie de legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103 sau de decizii judiciare.<\/p>\n

Sistemul Alcolock func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu ajutorul unui senzor electrochimic \u00een care \u0219oferul sufl\u0103 aer, conectat la unitatea de control a autovehiculului. Dac\u0103 este detectat alcool peste limita stabilit\u0103, motorul nu porne\u0219te.<\/p>\n

Astfel de dispozitive sunt deja utilizate \u00een mai multe state membre, \u00een special pentru \u0219oferii sanc\u021biona\u021bi sau \u00een transportul profesional.<\/p>\n

Introducerea acestor tehnologii face parte din strategia \u201eVision Zero\u201d, prin care Uniunea European\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i propune reducerea aproape total\u0103 a deceselor rutiere p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2050.<\/p>\n

Datele oficiale arat\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een 2023, aproximativ 5.000 de persoane au murit \u00een accidente rutiere cauzate de consumul de alcool, ceea ce reprezint\u0103 circa un sfert din totalul victimelor din trafic la nivelul UE.<\/p>\n
