Parlament nici nu a fost redactat \u00een forma lui final\u0103 \u0219i deja isc\u0103 o mul\u021bime de discu\u021bii \u0219i controverse.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-2\">Prea multele accidente provocate de tineri f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 la volanul unor ma\u0219ini puternice a determinat legiuitorul s\u0103 introduc\u0103 acest proiect \u00een dezbateri.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-3\">Potrivit acestui document, ma\u0219ina nu trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 un raport putere \/ greutate mai mare de 0,075 kW\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>Un proiect \u201einspirat\u201d din via\u021b\u0103<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-4\">Parlamentul consider\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een acest fel, se vor reduce accidentele produse de \u0219oferi neexperimenta\u021bi, afla\u021bi la volanul unor ma\u0219ini pe care nu \u0219tiu s\u0103 le st\u0103p\u00e2neasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-5\">Este adev\u0103rat c\u0103 acest proiect a fost inspirat de accidente \u00eengrozitoare de ma\u0219in\u0103, provocate nu doar de lipsa de experien\u021b\u0103, ci \u0219i de consum de stupefiante la volan.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-6\">Unele dintre aceste accidente au c\u0103p\u0103tat notorietate, altele pur \u0219i simplu au r\u0103mas necunoscute publicului, \u00eens\u0103 toate au acest fond comun: suferin\u021b\u0103 incomensurabil\u0103, destine pierdute \u00eentr-o clip\u0103, toate provocate de lipsa de experien\u021b\u0103 la volan.<\/p>\n<p>Proiectul cuprinde excep\u021bii \u0219i acestea sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dac\u0103 \u00een ma\u0219ina condus\u0103 de \u0219oferul neexperimentat se afl\u0103 un \u0219ofer experimentat (\u00een\u021beleg\u00e2ndu-se prin asta un \u0219ofer care are permis de cel pu\u021bin 10 ani).<\/li>\n<li>Dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina e folosit\u0103 doar pentru serviciu, e \u00een timpul programului \u0219i exist\u0103 un contract de munc\u0103 doveditor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"p-7\">Contravenien\u021bii primesc amend\u0103 de clasa a IV-a (\u00eentre 9 \u0219i 20 de puncta amend\u0103) \u0219i suspendarea permisului pentru 90 de zile.<\/p>\n<p>Care sunt ma\u0219inile considerate sigure pentru \u00eencep\u0103tori:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dacia Logan \u0219i Sandero 1.0 SCe<\/li>\n<li>Renault Clio 1.0 TCe<\/li>\n<li>Volkswagen Polo 1.0 MPI \u0219i Golf 1.0 TSI<\/li>\n<li>Ford Fiesta 1.1<\/li>\n<li>Hyundai i20 1.2<\/li>\n<li>Toyota Yaris 1.0 VVT-i<\/li>\n<li>Skoda Fabia 1.0 MPI<\/li>\n<li>Seat Ibiza 1.0 MPI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"p-8\">Proiectul nu este \u00eentru totul pe \u00een\u021belesul Guvernului, care cere l\u0103muriri:<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-9\">1 \u2013 cum influen\u021beaz\u0103 \u0219ofatul \u00eencep\u0103torului simpla prezen\u021b\u0103 \u00een ma\u0219in\u0103 a unui \u0219ofer experimentat, at\u00e2ta vreme c\u00e2t acesta nu se afl\u0103 la volan?<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-10\">2 \u2013 legat de ma\u0219ina de serviciu, exper\u021bii din Guvern consider c\u0103 formularea actual\u0103 nu acoper\u0103 toate situa\u021biile care sunt \u00eent\u00e2lnite pe teren.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-11\">De exemplu, poli\u021bi\u0219tii nu au contract de munc\u0103, ci raport de serviciu, iar antreprenorii \u00ee\u0219i folosesc ma\u0219inile \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile lor economice, dar nu sunt inclu\u0219i \u00een excep\u021biile prev\u0103zute \u00een proiectul de lege.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-12\">Guvernul mai propune \u0219i ca \u0219oferul s\u0103 aduc\u0103 o dovad\u0103 clar\u0103 c\u0103 are nevoie de ma\u0219in\u0103 de serviciu, nu doar de o men\u021bionare a atribu\u021biilor.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-13\">Proiectul r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een dezbatere \u00een
