Produc\u021bia a sc\u0103zut constant, iar fabricile principale (transformatoare, aparataj, locomotive) au fost v\u00e2ndute ca active \u0219i transformate \u00een zone comerciale. \u00cen 2020, activitatea a fost sistat\u0103 definitiv, dup\u0103 70 de ani de glorie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Se p\u0103rea c\u0103 tradi\u021bia construirii de locomotive electrice de la Craiova murise. Aceste fonduri au fost canalizate strict c\u0103tre dezvoltarea resursei umane, preg\u0103tirea resursei umane, laboratoare de cercetare, standuri de teste, scule \u0219i dispozitive. Deci pentru cercetare \u0219i dezvoltare, \u0219i sper\u0103m ca pe viitor s\u0103 acceler\u0103m ritmul de accesare\u201d, spune Cristian Prundeanu, inginer la Softronic.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-gray-500-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-82cf43b0fcf72d32e1008470072acc5b\">Fondurile de coeziune ale Uniunii Europene sunt destinate proiectelor de infrastructur\u0103 de mediu, energie \u0219i transport, prin cre\u0219terea eficien\u021bei energetice, utilizarea surselor de energie regenerabil\u0103, dezvoltarea transportului feroviar, sus\u021binerea intermodalit\u0103\u021bii, consolidarea transportului public etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-gray-500-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-713fe368229b5b4af59bdee54f5415f7\">Softronic a accesat fonduri UE de 527.000 euro pe Programul Opera\u021bional Sectorial (POS) Cre\u0219terea Competitivit\u0103\u021bii Economice (CCE), la care a ad\u0103ugat fonduri proprii de peste 350.000 de euro. Puterea este arhi-suficient\u0103, fiecare locomotiv\u0103 are puterea de 6.000 kW (6 MW). Oamenii trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 un nivel de preg\u0103tire, de cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i de acces la tehnologie similar cu colegii no\u0219tri din Germania, Austria, Elve\u021bia, Suedia. Dac\u0103 nu e\u0219ti ca ei sau eventual peste, e\u0219ti \u00about of the game\u00bb . Nu se poate altcumva dec\u00e2t s\u0103 asiguri un nivel de preg\u0103tire prin cursuri, prin trimitere la specializ\u0103ri. Toate acestea au fost f\u0103cute cu un ajutor, cu un aport deosebit al fondurilor europene. Ele au determinat accesul nostru la tehnologii noi\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>De asemenea, Softronic a produs un tren electric nou (Hyperion), care circul\u0103 azi de la Craiova c\u0103tre Bucure\u0219ti, Bra\u0219ov \u0219i Constan\u021ba.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i asta nu e tot. Se bate cu gigan\u021bii \u00een domeniul feroviar din Vest \u0219i livreaz\u0103 locomotive c\u0103tre Deutsche Bahn sau companii din Bulgaria, Austria, Ungaria.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Iar \u00een ultimul an s-a apucat de modernizarea vechilor locomotive ale CFR produse acum zeci de ani la Electroputere.
