El a fost aplicat \u0219i \u00een fosta Iugoslavie socialist\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 nu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/arad\/coloana-de-11-km-pe-a1-la-intrarea-in-tara-prin-2496017.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">din cauza aglomera\u021biei din trafic<\/a>, ci din lipsa combustibilului, o problem\u0103 comun\u0103 \u0219i Rom\u00e2niei \u00een acea perioad\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Devalorizarea monedelor na\u021bionale din fostele state comuniste \u0219i scumpirea petrolului pe pia\u021ba mondial\u0103 f\u0103ceau imposibil importul suficient de carburant. Pentru a reduce consumul, autorit\u0103\u021bile au recurs la restric\u021bii de circula\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen fosta Iugoslavie, regulile erau clare: lunea, miercurea \u0219i vinerea circulau doar ma\u0219inile cu numere pare, iar \u00een celelalte zile cele cu numere impare, potrivit publica\u021biei\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blic.rs\/vesti\/drustvo\/da-li-sistem-par-nepar-moze-da-smanji-saobracajne-guzve-u-beogradu\/qjt9p74\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Blic<\/a>. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, restric\u021bia se aplica doar \u00een weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\u201eCe se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 copilul se \u00eemboln\u0103ve\u0219te?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La aproape 30 de ani de la renun\u021barea la acest sistem, cei care l-au tr\u0103it \u00ee\u0219i amintesc \u00eenc\u0103 disconfortul zilnic. Sus\u021bin\u0103torii spun c\u0103 Belgradul are un transport public bine pus la punct, ceea ce ar face m\u0103sura mai u\u0219or de aplicat dec\u00e2t \u00een trecut.<\/p>\n<p>Reducerea traficului ar duce la sc\u0103derea semnificativ\u0103 a polu\u0103rii, transportul rutier fiind una dintre principalele surse de emisii. \u00cen acest fel, Serbia s-ar apropia de standardele europene privind calitatea aerului.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea,<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/economie\/romanii-saracesc-dar-platesc-combustibil-mai-2489176.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> s-ar economisi combustibil<\/a>, iar traficul mai redus ar permite interven\u021bii mai rapide pentru ambulan\u021be, pompieri \u0219i poli\u021bie. Transportul urban ar deveni mai fluent, taxiurile mai eficiente, iar bicicli\u0219tii ar avea \u0219anse mai mari s\u0103 circule \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103. \u00centr-un ora\u0219 cu aer mai curat \u0219i mai pu\u021bine ma\u0219ini pe str\u0103zi, mul\u021bi cet\u0103\u021beni ar putea alege mersul pe jos.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tCum a func\u021bionat sistemul \u201epar-impar\u201d \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia comunist\u0103,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/focsani\/cum-circulau-masinile-alternativ-pe-vremea-lui-1802218.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sistemul \u201epar-impar\u201d a fost introdus \u00een 1985.<\/a>\u00a0Restric\u021biile se aplicau duminica, c\u00e2nd autoturismele personale puteau circula alternativ: \u00eentr-o duminic\u0103 cele cu numere pare, \u00een urm\u0103toarea cele cu numere impare.<\/p>\n<p>Scopul era reducerea consumului de carburant, care era deja ra\u021bionalizat \u0219i se vindea pe cartel\u0103.
