Enligt annonsen hade han tillg\u00e5ng till k\u00f6k, hall och badrum, men inte till vardagsrum och matsal.<\/p>\n<p>Trots det betalade han cirka 6 300 kronor i m\u00e5naden \u2013 ungef\u00e4r halva den totala hyran f\u00f6r hela v\u00e5ningen, som l\u00e5g p\u00e5 12 700 kronor.
