Beskedet kom fr\u00e5n Skatteverket i slutet av september och reaktionerna har varit minst sagt starka. Nu m\u00e5ste regeringen agera och se till att boende V\u00e4rmland inte drabbas av en skattesm\u00e4ll.<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\">Bakgrunden till Skatteverkets nya tolkning \u00e4r en r\u00e4ttspraxis fr\u00e5n EU, som enligt myndigheten visar att p-platser \u00e4r momspliktiga d\u00e5 de pl\u00f6tsligt inte anses underordnade bostaden. Finansminister Elisabeth Svantesson (M) har uttryckt sin f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning och vill tills\u00e4tta en utredning. Det \u00e4r i sin tur inte f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon annan, d\u00e5 en skattesm\u00e4ll av detta slag skulle vara f\u00f6r\u00f6dande f\u00f6r regeringen n\u00e4r vi g\u00e5r in i val\u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\"><strong>Konsekvenserna kan<\/strong> bli k\u00e4nnbara. Bland HSB V\u00e4rmlands bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningar har de flesta f\u00f6reningar p-platser. Att l\u00e4gga moms p\u00e5 platser som medlemmarna indirekt redan \u00e4ger \u00e4r olyckligt. Det blir en extra kostnad ut\u00f6ver vad m\u00e5nga bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningar redan k\u00e4mpar med i\u2009dag. <\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\">Ut\u00f6ver den ekonomiska sm\u00e4llen finns risk f\u00f6r flera negativa f\u00f6ljder:<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\">1. H\u00f6gre boendekostnader<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\">Fler vakanta platser ger int\u00e4ktstapp f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningar, som sannolikt kompenseras med h\u00f6jda m\u00e5nadsavgifter, \u00e4ven f\u00f6r de som saknar bil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\">2. Mer administration f\u00f6r bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningar<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\">F\u00f6reningar som normalt inte \u00e4r momspliktiga m\u00e5ste nu momsregistrera sig, omf\u00f6rhandla avtal och l\u00e4gga till momsklausuler. Det blir en dyr och tidskr\u00e4vande administration som tillkommer ut\u00f6ver allt annat som bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningarna redan m\u00e5ste hantera.<\/p>\n<p class=\"break-words mb-4 mx-auto max-w-xl\"><strong>Bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningar<\/strong> beh\u00f6ver inte fler kostnadsp\u00e5lagor i ett redan tufft l\u00e4ge.
