Men merparten \u00e4r d\u00e5lig. Ibland riktigt d\u00e5lig. Jag har krigat f\u00f6r att de ska f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre mat. Det handlar om v\u00e4rdighet\u201d, s\u00e4ger Mannerstr\u00f6m till sajten <a href=\"https:\/\/nojeslivet.se\/kandisar\/leif-mannerstrom-kritisk-till-maten-pa-sveriges-aldreboenden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">M\u00e4nniskor och \u00d6gonblick.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mannerstr\u00f6m \u00e4r v\u00e4lk\u00e4nd f\u00f6r sitt engagemang f\u00f6r matens kvalitet och matgl\u00e4dje \u2013 n\u00e5got som han menar inte bara handlar om n\u00e4ring, utan om respekt f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskan som \u00e4ter den. <\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e4s \u00e4ven:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news55.se\/livsstil\/mat-dryck\/raa-eller-kokta-havregryn-vad-ar-nyttigast\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">R\u00e5a eller kokta havregryn \u2013 vad \u00e4r nyttigast?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gratis mat f\u00f6r \u00e4ldre<\/p>\n<p>Han har tidigare bjudit in pension\u00e4rer p\u00e5  gratis middag p\u00e5 sin restaurang Sj\u00f6magasinet i G\u00f6teborg, d\u00e4r han satte fokus p\u00e5 hur viktig en gemensam och v\u00e4lsmakande m\u00e5ltid kan vara f\u00f6r \u00e4ldre m\u00e4nniskors v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cVi bj\u00f6d mellan hundrafemtio och tv\u00e5hundra personer, ber\u00e4ttar han. Vi ordnade transporter ner till restaurangen. F\u00f6rr\u00e4tt, varmr\u00e4tt, dessert. Kompisar som Lotta Engberg, Lasse Berghagen och Loa Falkman kom och sj\u00f6ng\u201d, ber\u00e4ttar han f\u00f6r M\u00e4nniskor och \u00d6gonblick.<\/p>\n<p>Under 15 \u00e5r bj\u00f6d han \u00e4ldre g\u00f6teborgare p\u00e5 middag.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe \u00e4ldre kramade mig och gr\u00e4t. Det var mycket k\u00e4nslor. Jag blev f\u00f6rbannad n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon p\u00e5stod att det bara var f\u00f6r PR. Jag beh\u00f6vde inte det.
