Transportstyrelsen arbetar nu med att ta fram en praxis f\u00f6r hur regelverket ska till\u00e4mpas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 F\u00f6r branschens del kan det vara bra att k\u00e4nna till att bed\u00f6mningen av om en varning \u00e4r tillr\u00e4cklig eller inte inneb\u00e4r att kontrollerna inledningsvis kan komma att ta n\u00e5got l\u00e4ngre tid \u00e4n vanligt, till\u00e4gger Karin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mer info:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Varning kan meddelas f\u00f6r enstaka \u00f6vertr\u00e4delser, f\u00f6r en grupp \u00f6vertr\u00e4delser eller som samlat resultat i ett helt \u00e4rende. En varning \u00e4r en p\u00e5f\u00f6ljd och liksom en sanktionsavgift p\u00e5verkar den f\u00f6retagets riskv\u00e4rde. Ett riskv\u00e4rde baseras p\u00e5 tidigare \u00f6vertr\u00e4delser och \u00e4r ett verktyg som kontrollmyndigheter inom EU\/EES anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att v\u00e4lja ut f\u00f6retag f\u00f6r kontroll.
