F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret kuggades svenskar 376 000 g\u00e5nger p\u00e5 uppk\u00f6rningen och teoriprovet. <\/strong><br \/><strong>\u2013 Vi fick in en tjej som testat 19 g\u00e5nger och blivit kuggad, s\u00e4ger Johan M\u00f6llstrand p\u00e5 M\u00f6llstrands trafikskola i Helsingborg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carup kan avsl\u00f6ja nya siffrorna f\u00f6r Trafikverkets k\u00f6rprov och teoriprovet f\u00f6r b-k\u00f6rkort \u2013\u00a0stad f\u00f6r stad.\u00a0F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret kuggade 155 556\u00a0 p\u00e5 k\u00f6rprovet. Medan 220 214 kuggade p\u00e5 teorin. Det \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r samma siffror som \u00e5ret f\u00f6re. Det betyder att bara 40 procent av eleverna klarar teoriprovet medan 45 procent klarar k\u00f6rprovet.<br \/>\u2013 Jag k\u00e4nner igen de h\u00e4r siffrorna och det finns en naturlig f\u00f6rklaring, s\u00e4ger Johan M\u00f6llstrand.<\/p>\n<p>Hans stad \u00e4r tillsammans med den sk\u00e5nska kusinen Kristianstad alltid i botten av den h\u00e4r tabellen. Varje \u00e5r redovisar de b\u00e5da st\u00e4derna svarta siffror. Trafikl\u00e4rarna kan inte g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got f\u00f6r att hindra dem. \u00c4ven om de inte \u00e4r redo.\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 Vi p\u00e5 trafikskolorna kan inte g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got \u00e5t en elev som inte \u00e4r redo f\u00f6r uppk\u00f6rningen. Vi f\u00e5r heller inte avboka dess k\u00f6rprov. Om de klarar det p\u00e5 ren tur ger de sig ut i trafiken utan kunskaper, s\u00e4ger Jeanette Jedb\u00e4ck Hindenburg, trafiks\u00e4kerhetsexpert och rektor f\u00f6r trafikl\u00e4rarutbildningen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ute bland landets trafikskolor m\u00f6ter man eleverna. M\u00e5nga undviker att skriva in sig p\u00e5 en trafikskola. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker de utnyttja systemet och ta k\u00f6rkort utan att beh\u00f6va g\u00e5 p\u00e5 lektioner.<br \/>\u2013 Vi h\u00f6r fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra elever att sl\u00e4kt och v\u00e4nner s\u00e4ger till dem att testa sj\u00e4lva ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 till en trafikskola. Totalt har elever lagt 243 miljoner p\u00e5 underk\u00e4nda prov. Pengarna hamnar i myndighetens ficka. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att investeras i lektioner p\u00e5 en trafikskola. Det tycker Jeanette Jedb\u00e4ck Hindenburg \u00e4r fel.<br \/>\u2013 Varje \u00e5r f\u00e5r Trafikverket in 250 miljoner kronor p\u00e5 underk\u00e4nda prov. Jag tycker att det \u00e4r skandal att stackars ungdomar, k\u00f6rkortstagare, kanske nysvenskar och beh\u00f6ver komma in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden inte f\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre guidning, s\u00e4ger hon.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5nga br\u00e4nner tiotusentals kronor i underk\u00e4nda k\u00f6r- och teoriprov. Man hoppas varje g\u00e5ng att det ska lyckas.\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 Det \u00e4r inte ovanligt att man testar 15 g\u00e5nger med att g\u00f6ra proven och kuggar. Vi fick in en tjej som hade missat 19 g\u00e5nger, henne hj\u00e4lpte vi s\u00e5 att hon klarade det p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rs\u00f6ket efter att ha varit hos en trafikskola ett tag, s\u00e4ger Johan M\u00f6llstrand.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r dyrt att ta k\u00f6rkort. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker m\u00e5nga chansa sig fram p\u00e5 egen hand.<br \/>\u2013 Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt med ekonomin ute i landet. M\u00e5nga har inte r\u00e5d att g\u00e5 till en trafikskola. Ist\u00e4llet testar de p\u00e5 egen hand och d\u00e5 l\u00e4r man sig kanske fel fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan, s\u00e4ger Johan M\u00f6llstrand.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r stor skillnad mellan olika st\u00e4der och lands\u00e4ndar. I norra Sverige tenderar fler klara k\u00f6rprovet. Samtidigt visar flera Stockholmsf\u00f6rorter p\u00e5 d\u00e5liga siffror. <br \/>\u2013 Det beror mycket p\u00e5 att trafiken \u00e4r annorlunda. Om man tar exemplet med Kristianstad och Helsingborg s\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt trafikerade st\u00e4der, s\u00e4ger Johan M\u00f6llstrand.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6teborg visar p\u00e5 mycket stora skillnader. I stadens s\u00f6dra delar klarar n\u00e4stan 47 procent av eleverna kunskapsprovet. Medan man i dess norra delar ligger p\u00e5 37 procent. Samma siffror g\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r k\u00f6rprovet.\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 Det \u00e4r d\u00e4r det finns en kultur av att chansa och testa sig fram p\u00e5 proven, s\u00e4ger Johan M\u00f6llstrand.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jeanette Jedb\u00e4ck Hindenburg kr\u00e4ver att politikerna agerar.\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 Trafikverket g\u00f6r nog s\u00e5 gott de kan. Om de inte kan stoppa k\u00f6rkortslotteriet, d\u00e5 m\u00e5ste de g\u00e5 till politikerna f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ett b\u00e4ttre mandat, f\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r n\u00e5r vi inte
