Det visar siffror fr\u00e5n Svensk M\u00e4klarstatistik.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 regional niv\u00e5 steg priserna i G\u00f6teborgsomr\u00e5det, medan priserna i Stockholm och Malm\u00f6 var i princip of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade. <\/p>\n<p>De senaste tolv m\u00e5naderna har priserna r\u00f6rt sig marginellt upp\u00e5t med 0,2 procent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dUnder 2025 pr\u00e4glades bostadsmarknaden mer av r\u00f6relse i volym \u00e4n i pris. Prisuppg\u00e5ngarna var selektiva och koncentrerade till de dyraste delmarknaderna, som ofta ligger f\u00f6rst i cykeln\u201d, skriver Svensk M\u00e4klarstatistik. <\/p>\n<p>Anledningen till de modesta uppg\u00e5ngarna tillskrivs bland annat ett fortsatt h\u00f6gt utbud och f\u00f6rsiktiga k\u00f6pare och s\u00e4ljare. <\/p>\n<p>Omni \u00e4r politiskt obundna och oberoende.
