Det handlar om en stor \u00f6kning av klagom\u00e5l mot olika tj\u00e4nster som marknadsf\u00f6rs som att de ska hj\u00e4lpa konsumenter med saker som att skriva CV eller v\u00e4rdera en bil.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 F\u00f6retagen m\u00e5ste bli mycket mer tydliga med vad deras tj\u00e4nster kostar. H\u00e4r har de ett stort arbete att g\u00f6ra.
