Att bostadsl\u00e4genheter anv\u00e4nds som hotell \u00e4r \u201dorov\u00e4ckande\u201d, s\u00e4ger Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningens jurist Niclas Sundell till SVT.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 S\u00e4rskilt eftersom det \u00e4r brist p\u00e5 l\u00e4genheter p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga orter.<\/p>\n<p>Hittills i\u202f\u00e5r har 37 fall tagits upp i hyresn\u00e4mnden \u2013 n\u00e4stan lika m\u00e5nga som under hela fjol\u00e5ret. I \u00f6ver h\u00e4lften av fallen har hyresg\u00e4sterna blivit av med sina kontrakt. I ett uppm\u00e4rksammat fall hyrdes ett rum ut f\u00f6r 30\u202f000 kronor i m\u00e5naden, trots att hela l\u00e4genheten hade en hyra p\u00e5 14\u202f000 kronor.<\/p>\n<p>Omni \u00e4r politiskt obundna och oberoende.
