Foto: Mostphotos&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>I unders\u00f6kningen hade forskarna tittat p\u00e5 drygt 27\u00a0000 personers svar ang\u00e5ende matvanor under i snitt 25 \u00e5rs tid, samt vilka som utvecklat demens.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>De personer som \u00e4tit runt fem skivor fet ost eller 20 gram gr\u00e4dde dagligen visade sig i l\u00e4gre grad \u00e4n andra utveckla demens.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det h\u00e4r var kanske inget som vi egentligen hade f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat oss, s\u00e4ger Emily Sonestedt, forskare i nutritionsepidemiologi vid Lunds universitet, till SVT.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Enligt forskarna beh\u00f6ver dock fler studier g\u00f6ras innan man eventuellt kan s\u00e4ga med s\u00e4kerhet att fet ost motverkar demens. Men Emily Sonestedt framh\u00e5ller att ost inneh\u00e5ller m\u00e5nga bra \u00e4mnen:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Till exempel bioaktiva peptider och vitamin K2 som faktiskt skulle kunna ha ett samband med en minskad risk f\u00f6r sjukdom eller i alla fall att det inte \u00f6kar risken.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fakta: Om studien<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Forskarna anv\u00e4nde sig av svar om kost- och matlagningsvanor fr\u00e5n 27\u00a0670 personer som samlades in f\u00f6r studien Malm\u00f6 Kost Cancer som f\u00f6ljde deltagarna under i genomsnitt 25 \u00e5rs tid.<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>De som \u00e5t <strong>50 gram ost med minst 20 procent fett hade 13 procent l\u00e4gre risk <\/strong>att utveckla demens \u00e4n de som \u00e5t mindre \u00e4n 15 gram dagligen.<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>De som dagligen \u00e5t <strong>minst 30 gram fet gr\u00e4dde hade 16 procent l\u00e4gre risk<\/strong> f\u00f6r demens \u00e4n de som inte \u00e5t n\u00e5gon alls.<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>Ostar med l\u00e4gre fetthalt och andra mejeriprodukter visade inte samma effekt.<\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li>I tidigare studier har forskarna \u00e4ven sett att fermenterade mejeriprodukter och ost skyddar mot hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlsjukdomar.<\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p>K\u00e4lla: SVT\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Artikeln publicerades onsdag den 14 januari 2026<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n                                               &#8211; -&#13;<br \/>\n                                               -&#13;\n                                            <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"&#13; &#13; Forskare vid Lunds universitet har unders\u00f6kt kopplingen mellan mejeriprodukter och demens.
