Vid en motsvarande j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse f\u00f6r fritidshus, s\u00e5 \u00f6kade priserna med 6 procent. Statistiken redovisas efter tidpunkten p\u00e5 k\u00f6pebrevet, det vill s\u00e4ga den dag d\u00e5 k\u00f6paren \u00e4r ny formell \u00e4gare.<\/p>\n<p>Utvecklingen senaste kvartalet<\/p>\n<p>Enligt SCB:s fastighetsprisindex f\u00f6r permanenta sm\u00e5hus p\u00e5 riksniv\u00e5, s\u00e5 sj\u00f6nk priserna med 1 procent under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet 2025, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med kvartalet innan. Det genomsnittliga priset i landet f\u00f6r ett sm\u00e5hus var 3,8 miljoner kronor under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet. I storstadsregionerna sp\u00e4nner medelpriset fr\u00e5n 5,3 miljoner kronor i Stormalm\u00f6 till 6,9 miljoner i Storstockholm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Enligt SCB:s fastighetsprisindex f\u00f6r fritidshus p\u00e5 riksniv\u00e5, s\u00e5 sj\u00f6nk priserna med 1 procent under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet 2025, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med kvartalet innan.
