Det framg\u00e5r av SBAB:s Bomarknadstemp. I landet som helhet \u00f6kade priserna med 1,2 procent, men s\u00e4songsrensat stod de still. Utvecklingen var dessutom splittrad mellan storst\u00e4derna.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Priserna stiger ungef\u00e4r som de brukar g\u00f6ra i januari, men d\u00e4remot har den upp\u00e5tg\u00e5ende trenden mattats av, s\u00e4ger SBAB:s chefsekonom Robert Boije till nyhetsbyr\u00e5n.<\/p>\n<p>Trots januaris uppg\u00e5ng ligger bostadspriserna fortfarande omkring 11 procent under toppniv\u00e5erna fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ren 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Omni \u00e4r politiskt obundna och oberoende.
