I studier p\u00e5 r\u00e5ttor visade han att nya nervceller bildades i hippocampus, ett omr\u00e5de i hj\u00e4rnan som \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r minne och l\u00e4rande.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 1990-talet hittade forskare \u00e4ven tecken p\u00e5 celldelning i m\u00e4nniskohj\u00e4rnor. Neuroforskaren <strong>Shawn Sorrells<\/strong> vid University of Pittsburgh s\u00e4ger att forskarna \u00e4nnu inte direkt sett en cell utvecklas till en ny nervcell.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dVi ser inte faktiskt en cell fysiskt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras till n\u00e4sta cell\u201d, s\u00e4ger Shawn Sorrells.<\/p>\n<p>Trots oenigheten menar m\u00e5nga forskare att fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r viktig.
