K\u00f6pare \u00e4r Indexo Real Estate Fund, som f\u00f6rvaltas av Provendi Asset Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av kontorsfastigheterna Alojas Biroji samt Zala 1, b\u00e5da i centrala Riga, sker i bolagsform. Fastigheterna har en uthyrningsbar yta om cirka 13\u00a0700 kvadratmeter. Transaktionen \u00e4r f\u00f6rbeh\u00e5llen finansiering samt godk\u00e4nnande av konkurrensmyndigheter och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas slutf\u00f6ras under andra kvartalet 2026. Likviden inkluderar kontanta medel om n\u00e4ra 32 MEUR samt fondandelar i Indexo Real Estate Fund till ett v\u00e4rde om drygt sex MEUR.<\/p>\n<p>Efter kommande fr\u00e5ntr\u00e4de av ovanst\u00e5ende fastigheter, \u00e4ger Eastnine endast f\u00f6rvaltningsfastigheten Valdemara Centrs, om cirka 8\u00a0800 kvadratmeter, samt projektfastigheten Kimmel i Riga. I Valdemara Centrs p\u00e5g\u00e5r relativt omfattande ombyggnation, inkluderande lobby och caf\u00e9 i bottenv\u00e5ningen samt anpassningar av kontorslokaler i andra delar av fastigheten.<\/p>\n<p>Provendi Asset Management \u00e4r en f\u00f6rvaltare av alternativa investeringsfonder registrerad hos Bank of Latvia. Den grundades av en grupp privata investerare, inklusive IPAS Indexo.
