St\u00f6rst \u00e4r prisfallet i Dalarna, J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping, V\u00e4sternorrland och G\u00e4vleborg, medan Blekinge och Kronoberg st\u00e5tt f\u00f6r st\u00f6rst \u00f6kningar. <\/p>\n<p>Bj\u00f6rn Ericsson, fastighetsm\u00e4klare p\u00e5 Svensk Fastighetsf\u00f6rmedling p\u00e5 V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 utanf\u00f6r Stockholm, p\u00e5pekar att priserna fortsatt ligger en bit fr\u00e5n pandemins toppniv\u00e5er, men att r\u00e4ntorna d\u00e5 var l\u00e4gre och omv\u00e4rldsl\u00e4get ett annat.  <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi har tre till fyra g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga spekulanter p\u00e5 visningarna nu j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med tidigare, s\u00e4ger han. <\/p>\n<p>Omni \u00e4r politiskt obundna och oberoende.
