N\u00e4r man tar sprutorna minskar aptiten rej\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>I takt med det \u00f6kade anv\u00e4ndandet av bantningssprutorna har man p\u00e5 flera h\u00e5ll i USA inf\u00f6rt Ozempicv\u00e4nliga menyer p\u00e5 restauranger. Det rapporterar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/08\/07\/dining\/ozempic-appetite-small-meals-restaurants.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">New York Times<\/a>. Nu kan kunderna v\u00e4lja mindre portioner, n\u00e5got som inf\u00f6rts efter att restauranger sett sina g\u00e4sters aptit krympa.<\/p>\n<p>Inf\u00f6rt miniburgare \u2013 stor som en tugga<\/p>\n<p>Resturangkedjan Clinton Hall i New York har inf\u00f6rt mini-m\u00e5l som de kallar \u201dteene-weeny mini meals\u201d. Menyn, som kostar \u00e5tta dollar, erbjuder en burgare i storlek som en tugga \u2013 tillsammans med liten pommes och minidryck.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4garen till restaurangkedjan ber\u00e4ttar att de \u00e4ndrat menyerna i och med det \u00f6kade matsvinnet, som blir en f\u00f6ljd av den markant minskade aptiten.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Jag \u00e4r alltid med n\u00e5gon som tar Ozempic eller Mounjaro. De tar en eller tv\u00e5 tuggor mat, ett par klunkar av drickan och sedan \u00e4r de klara, s\u00e4ger \u00e4garen Aristoteles Hatzigeorgiou till New York Times.<\/p>\n<p>Uppskattningsvis tar mellan 8-10 procent av befolkningen i USA n\u00e5gon form av GLP-1-l\u00e4kemedel. Och 30-35 procent har uttryckt intresse f\u00f6r att b\u00f6rja ta sprutorna.
