Planen omfattar historiskt mycket pengar och ska ge b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r arbetspendling, ett konkurrenskraftigare n\u00e4ringsliv och ett st\u00e4rkt totalf\u00f6rsvar, skriver f\u00f6retr\u00e4dare f\u00f6r myndigheten p\u00e5 DN Debatt. <\/p>\n<p>Trafikverket skriver ocks\u00e5 att de ska \u201dg\u00f6ra upp\u201d med syns\u00e4ttet att alla investeringar som kommit med i planen m\u00e5ste genomf\u00f6ras.
