Rimligen borde det ocks\u00e5 finnas ett visst uppd\u00e4mt behov av att byta bostad efter en l\u00e5ng period av betydligt tr\u00f6gare oms\u00e4ttning \u00e4n normalt, s\u00e4rskilt p\u00e5 l\u00e4genhetssidan\u201d, till\u00e4gger Boije.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4genhetspriserna agerade draglok med en \u00f6kning p\u00e5 0,7 procent, och regionalt steg de som mest i norra Sverige p\u00e5 3,1 procent.
