Det rapporterar TT.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Att priserna alltid g\u00e5r upp \u00e4r en sanning med modifikation, s\u00e4ger bankens privatekonom Arturo Arques till nyhetsbyr\u00e5n.<\/p>\n<p>Priserna har i snitt backat 3 procent, men i vissa kommuner mer \u00e4n 10. St\u00f6rst tapp syns bland annat i Upplands V\u00e4sby (minus 12 procent), Botkyrka (minus 11,4 procent) och Haninge (minus 11,2 procent).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ven i mellanstora st\u00e4der har prisfallen varit tydliga, exempelvis i Link\u00f6ping (minus 12 procent) och J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping (minus 10,3 procent). I Eskilstuna har priserna backat 15 procent och \u00e4r tillbaka p\u00e5 2018 \u00e5rs niv\u00e5er.<\/p>\n<p>Stockholms stad sticker d\u00e4remot ut med en uppg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 3,7 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Omni \u00e4r politiskt obundna och oberoende.
