Priserna i innerstaden steg med n\u00e4ra 1 procent vilket bidrar ytterligare till storstadsomr\u00e5dets \u00f6kning. I Storg\u00f6teborg backade priserna med n\u00e4stan 1 procent medan de \u00f6kade med 0,5 procent i innerstaden. I Stormalm\u00f6 minskade priserna med mer \u00e4n 1 procent och i innerstaden knappt 1 procent.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 valutavillamarknaden var priserna i Storstockholm och Stormalm\u00f6 i princip of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade medan de sj\u00f6nk n\u00e5got i Storg\u00f6teborg med 0,8 procent.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Det senaste kvartalet, juli-september, har det s\u00e5lts 41 700 bost\u00e4der j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 41 000 samma<br \/>period f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, motsvarande en \u00f6kning p\u00e5 plus 2 procent. Av de dessa var 26 300 bostadsr\u00e4tter (plus 1 procent) och 15 400 villor (plus 3 procent).
