Men prisbilden har dragits is\u00e4r ytterligare av pris\u00f6kningar i innerstan och prisminskningar i yttre f\u00f6rorter enligt Boolis statistik f\u00f6r 2025, skriver <a href=\"http:\/\/mitti.se\/nyheter\/flytta-en-minut-bort--och-spara-over-en-miljon-kronor-6.3.322063.41b9441f3a\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mitt i<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vid Zinken, Centralen, Skanstull och Mariatorget har priserna \u00f6kat med 7-8 procent medan de minskat med 10-12 procent vid Husby, R\u00e5gsved, Norsborg och H\u00e4sselby Strand.<\/p>\n<p>Mellan Kungstr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden och Tensta, den dyraste respektive billigaste stationen, skiljer det i \u00e5r \u00f6ver 137 000 kronor per kvadratmeter \u2013 cirka 10 000 kronor mer \u00e4n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MISSA INTE: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/news55.se\/privatekonomi\/jobba-langre-kan-ge-5-000-kronor-mer-i-pension\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jobba l\u00e4ngre kan ge 5 000 kronor mer i pension<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En minuts resa kan spara en miljon vid flytten<\/p>\n<p>Generellt skiljer det n\u00e5gra tusenlappar per kvadratmeter f\u00f6r varje h\u00e5llplats l\u00e4ngre ut fr\u00e5n stadsk\u00e4rnan man \u00e5ker. Men det finns extrema exempel d\u00e4r en minuts tunnelbaneresa g\u00f6r enorm skillnad.<\/p>\n<p>Mellan stationerna G\u00e4rdet och Karlaplan p\u00e5 R\u00f6da linjen \u00e4r det drygt 500 meter. Det tar en minut att \u00e5ka tunnelbanan eller cirka fem minuter att g\u00e5. Trots n\u00e4rheten kostar en l\u00e4genhet vid Karlaplan i snitt \u00f6ver 30 000 kronor mer per kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n<p>Ett r\u00e4kneexempel: P\u00e5 Karlaplan g\u00e5r en tv\u00e5a p\u00e5 40 kvadrat loss f\u00f6r i snitt 5 472 440 kronor medan samma l\u00e4genhet p\u00e5 G\u00e4rdet kostar 4 158 720 kronor \u2013 mer \u00e4n en miljon billigare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karin Grundeus<\/strong>, kommunikat\u00f6r p\u00e5 Booli, ger ett tips.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDet kan vara smart att ta en extra titt p\u00e5 kvadratmeterpriserna runt n\u00e4rliggande stationer innan man k\u00f6per en bostad.
